Manual Lymphatic Drainage specifically helps with stagnant lymph fluid in the body.
Fluid, swelling, bruising, acute traumas and injuries
Pregnancy and postpartum care - swollen legs, painful breasts, difficult milk coming in, restoration of abdomen post birth
Digestion - constipation, bloating, pains and discomfort
Nervous system support - MLD is very gentle soft and repetitive, this has been studied and proven to soothe the nervous system and decrease stress hormones
Pre and post cosmetic surgeries care - facial surgeries, breast implants and removal, tummy tuck etc

Any infection of an area, redness, swelling and inflammation is great to be treated but if there is any cellulitis, staph or known infection then we must wait to be cleared.
Any area that has had lymph nodes removed or radiation over an area. I am not trained to treat this.
