Kansa wand is an ayurvedic tibetan copper and tin tool massaged on the marma meridian points of the scalp, face and neck to promote the skin's ability to carry electrical current and chi flow. Reduces inflammation, congestion and dullness.
Facial cupping is used to create space and enhance blood flow between muscles, fascia, lymph and the numerous layers of the skin. Decreases fluid retention and draws key nutrients to the skins surface
Traditional Chinese Gua Sha stones are used to stimulate lymphatic drainage, puffiness and sculpt facial tissues.

Buccal massage is the most advanced rejuvenating and therapeutic facial massage technique. This massage is unique in that it entails working not only on the outside of the face but inside through the oral cavity. Buccal massage allows to reach deeper layers of the skin such as muscle tissue, ligaments and bones, resulting in a natural face-lift effect without surgical invasions.
Superficial facial massage only achieves superficial results.
By working on the deeper structures, we can naturally increase facial tone, reduce appearance of wrinkles and improve skin complexion. As a result, we can dramatically reduce visual signs of ageing without surgical interventions.
Buccal massage also allows the practitioner to access the masseter (chewing) muscles that easily become tight and stressed leading to grinding or clenching of the upper and lower jaw. Properly massaging these muscles can reduce tension held. Raven works with many individuals that suffer from TMJ Syndrome, grinding/clenching their jaw resulting in headaches, pain, stiffness.

Before your appointment I ask everyone to come without makeup and wearing comfortable clothes. Life does happen, I understand! I will have makeup remover and complimentary water to head home with.
After your appointment I ask everyone to stay hydrated to support your bodies lymphatic system, and continue your day relaxed, grounded and glowing.

When working with skin inflammation or a certain goal (ex acne, rosacea, dark under eye, puffiness). Bi-weekly for 3-4 sessions is recommended to open the lymphatic system and continue moving stagnant fluid, build up and create an optimal flowing system.
For maintaince or supporting your skin 4-6 weeks is wonderful. We can also talk about at home hand massage or Gua Sha to further your benefits.

Any infection of an area, redness, swelling and inflammation is great to be treated but if there is any cellulitis, staph or known infection then we must wait to be cleared.
Any area that has had lymph nodes removed or radiation over an area. I am not trained to treat this.
